i had a mocha at 3pm. i had to stay awake. now, i will never sleep. and it is gray and rainy. but on the bright side, i did this volunteer thing this weekend and felt really good about it until i gave icecream to an elderly woman who was lactose intolerant. she seemed pretty okay with it though. it was the first time i set foot in a skill nursing facility since the time i tried calling bingo at a retirement home and put all the numbers back in the pot so that the game went on for an hour with no winner. that time i was a little concerned for my safety.
